Sophie is Marketing Director of MAP BOSTON and Account Executive of EMCOMM. As a Marketing Communications Major at Emerson College, Sophie constantly strives to find innovative and creative ways to chat with the audience. Born in Haiti, Sophie has always considered herself an Islander; she still can't understand why she is attracted to the Northeast Snow. Sophie has always wanted to really live in different cities and so when she first visited Boston she loved its ability to combine small town charm with city attraction.

You can often find Sophie going to classes Down Town, grocery shopping at Haymarket, having desert in the North End, working on Newbury, strolling through Coolidge Corner, Barbequing in her back yard with neighbors, or sneaking out for the breakfast cure at noon on Sundays in Allston. She first realized the city really felt like home when every street corner had its own story, and she was no longer shocked by the "Rainbow Disco DJ" singing "Set my Hanes on fire..." on the T.
